3 Bedroom Cottage in Avon

Quaint and comfortable would describe this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house located 4 lots off the beach on Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks. With the interior remodeled in the summer of 2008 and the exterior remodeled in 2019, this house includes 2 queen beds, one full bed, 2 full baths and an outside shower. The house accommodates 4 people comfortably but will sleep no more than 6. Gulls Landing is a quick 5-minute walk to the beach with the public beach access at the end of the street. It sits 4 lots back from the ocean front. It's located approximately 45 miles south of Nags Head, a half of a mile north of the Avon Fishing Pier, one mile north of Food Lion, and 6 miles north of the historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Reservations are now being taken for the budget-minded family! Sunday to Sunday rentals during the prime season; partial week and weekend rentals are available also. Have questions about pets? Summary: Property was exactly what we were looking for. On a quiet street and very close to the beach. You could also walk to several great restaurants & coffee house. The house is super clean, and you don't need to pack up your beach chairs or any beach equipment. It is all there.

Summary: We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the Avon area. The house was clean, neat and comfy! We also had quick & easy communication with Stacie. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected with three kids and all their stuff, we just packed a little lighter the next few days

Summary: Owners were a pleasure and easy to work with. The property had everything we needed, and was in close proximity to pretty much everything. I alternated kiteboarding, and paddleboarding the sound and playing in the waves.

Summary: The cottage had everything that one could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with any and all supplies/pots/pans/utensils. There was cleaning supplies available and the laundry room was also fully stocked. The cottage was also extremely clean and the yard was was very well kept. I’ll definitely be back.
